Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of S-Flow.
The service
S-Flow provides tools for customer records, jobs, scheduling, reminders, quotes, invoices, reporting and optional third-party integrations. Features may evolve over time.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, obtain required authority and consent for information you upload, and maintain appropriate records for your business.
Account security and acceptable use
Protect credentials, promptly report suspected compromise, and do not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another tenant's data, upload unlawful content or use S-Flow to harm others.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase. Fees, taxes, cancellation and plan changes are handled through the available subscription controls and applicable payment provider.
Integrations
Optional services such as Stripe, Square, QuickBooks and email providers are governed by their own terms. S-Flow is not responsible for third-party outages, changes or acts outside its reasonable control.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant S-Flow the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display it to provide and secure the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep S-Flow reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, S-Flow is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to direct damages and amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
Termination
You may cancel or delete your account using available controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
