Privacy Policy
This policy explains how S-Flow collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
Information we collect
Account and contact details; organization, employee and customer records; jobs, schedules, reminders, quotes, invoices and messages; subscription and payment status; integration identifiers; support communications; and basic security and usage logs.
Why we collect it
We collect information to provide and secure the service, organize business workflows, generate documents, process subscriptions and requested payments, operate integrations, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
How information is used
Information is used only for the purposes described here or otherwise disclosed when collected. An organization using S-Flow is responsible for having authority to enter its customers' and employees' information.
Service providers
S-Flow uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Cloudflare for application delivery and security, Stripe for S-Flow subscriptions, Square for optional invoice payments, QuickBooks for optional accounting synchronization, and Resend for transactional email.
Processing outside Québec or Canada
Our providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. We assess providers and use contractual, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the circumstances.
Security and retention
Measures include HTTPS, authentication, database row-level security, organization-based isolation and role permissions. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, export available account data, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. We may need to verify identity and retain information where legally required.
